Geek squad took a month to install washer and dryer. Now, the washer is only 18 months in use and already giving some trouble. Call Geek Squad, only available appointment was 2 weeks later to guess might be a part to replace (control panel) and gonna take 3 more weeks just to see if they were right. Too much for an American brand with parts made abroad! In the meantime washing clothes in family and friends washer.

I also loved the color and the options. I’m still a little skeptical about the smart dispense and if it really dispenses enough per load to actually clean clothes efficiently.

Once we received, we love the smart dispense system! We have only had for a couple of weeks but believe that the ultra fresh vent system is also a great option which alleviated my biggest concern about purchasing a front loading washer (mold/musty smell).

Great Washer And Dryer Minus 2 Complaint

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washer and dryer are an awesome combo with 2 exceptions, 1) the signal tone when the cycle is done is not nearly loud enough, I have to rely on the app to let me know when its done and 2) The lent filter on the dryer is a bit odd, its like a taco. Every time you clean it you have to open it up, clean it and then snap it back together again the put it back in, I can't see it lasting very long because of the constant opening and closing. On the positive side both machines do a great job, fast, easy to use.

No GE for a me a ever!

They could not fix it in a timely manner so I paid under warranty in Dec 2024 over 300.09 to fix it. It won't spin now on Feb 18th 2025! I dont want this anymore!! Anyone? Want to buy a crappy GE WASHER? I want to trade in for a Maytag! Best in the west!
