Had it 8 months and no problems. Wifi went out once but simple to re install. Very nice addition replacing the Samsung. Love it and it’s ability to wash very large loads

Does a great job at saving water and cleaning the clothes effectively and quick. High recommend this washing machine if you are looking to save on the water bill.

Purchased as a set, it is gorgeous and I wanted to love it. Dryer works great. However, washer in first floor laundry room is an entirely different story. The level of vibration the washer produces prior to and during spin cycle, even on medium speed, is ridiculous and down right terrifying. Grids on the windows, light fixtures, wreath on my door and so much more vibrate with every load. Unit replaced once, serviced by geek squad twice and once by GE. Case worker with GE was phenomenal. Disappointingly, it appears I’m stuck with it…

Great product app showing when laundry is done. I don't know how to connect it with alexa but I think its so new it might take time to upgrade and then it will work. Wife is extremely happy with this purchase

This machine washes clothes excellent but on spin cycle it do make a little noise, hopefully when I put a pedestal up under it will quite it when spinning.

Did not know it had a drying function. We will not be using that until necessary

We replaced an older front load washer that needed repairing and had a terrible musty smell. This machine is great. No small. You can run the ultra fresh vent cycles or leave the door open. Great product.

Really like this washer. Lots of selections to choose from and it has WiFi. Love the fact you get notifed when its done and how much detergent it has remaining.

We are very pleased with it. We put it on the matching pedestal and it is perfect height.

Just LOVE this machine!!!! I was amazed and still am amazed at how clean this machine gets the clothes. It replaced an LG top load machine that was only a few years old. I had no idea that the LG wasn't doing it's job until I bought this one. The GE is so simple to operate. I love the 50 oz. detergent dispenser, the color and everything else about it. I'm still waiting for the matching dryer to come in, I'm sure I'm going to be just as amazed with that.

I wanted this washer to work so badly. I LOVE the way it looked and I LOVED the features with it's anti-mold stuff but it had some MAJOR communication issues. We did a load and it stopped in the middle of the load and left our clothes soaking wet. Thinking we made a mistake or that maybe the microfiber rug held on to the water we hung the rug out side and kept using it. Then it happened again, and again and then we figured out "life hacks" to make it work. The final straw was when we did a quick wash it reported back saying that it was going to take 8 hours...... Maybe I got a lemon but maybe GE needs to fix the communication issues. I even hooked both the washer and dryer up to the Wi-Fi and did firmware updates thinking maybe they'd have it fixed. I was wrong as it happened again. I moved to an LG model and works like a charm as it should be for a washer and dryer kit.

First, I really wish they’d hold these reviews for about a year out from purchase. That being said, so far, I love it. I love the settings and the venting actually works. Cleaning wonderfully & efficiently.

Great washing machine. Large capacity, lots of options that make each load easy, and the spinng action ensures clothes are not sopping wet.

So far so good a except for the Wi-Fi connectivity feature. You can’t wash or program your loads at all. It just lets you see the status of the cycle.

We love this washer! I love that you only have to load the laundry detergent every so often. The vent after washing is great. We haven’t had any mildew/mold that can happen with front load washers

The washer is great. It's bigger than my old Samsung washer but it is much louder than my last one. Overall it works well and I can fit so much more laundry in each load.

I am in love with my new GE washer and dryer. Not only are they beautiful but they work faster and better than my old machines. I love the wifi connection so I can be alerted via my cell phone when the loads are down. AWESOME!!!

Good washing machine. Just beginning to learn all the features.
