    Took 3 hours to install new washer and dryer. Installers did not have time/didn't want to switch door to opposite side - had to set up another date myself and wait around another day for service. Two days later, washer broken.

    We haven’t had it long (less than a month) but so far it’s been great. No stench from the rubber part and it’s quieter than our old Samsung. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is that it’s so new, it’s still in the probationary period. If it makes it past three months with no issues, I’ll consider it a solid hire.
