This unit sporadically won’t complete the cycle. Not pattern, can’t figure out why it’s doing that. Decided to return the unit rather than getting this unit fixed. Trying to get a sporadic problem fix is just a recipe for disaster!

Bought as a pair to stack . Absolutely love them!!

I’ve owned this machine for almost two years and it does not clean clothes. The auto dispense doesn’t always dispense detergent, so you can’t depend on that feature. The fresh vent is more a gimmick than anything else as it’s easier to just leave the door cracked open. I resorted to adding detergent each time, and have to run any load on the heavy soil setting to get my clothes almost clean. Have had geeksquad out to look at it and they say it doesn’t seem to use enough water, but it’s designed that way. Do independent search for reviews on these machines, and make your own informed decision. I will be replacing my two year old machine and throwing away the $1,000 I spent on it. That’s how bad it is.

I was tricked by a name and price. Bought as a set with the matching dryer. The idea of the large capacity was great due to our large family. The problem is ANY load, big or small, mixed or seperated, when it gets to the spin cycle any setting more than "LOW". This thing jumps and clunks like crazy. It eventually (IM ASSUMING) faults out due to a sensor probably from the drum inside bouncing all over the place. And once it gives up and shuts off you are left with soaking wet clothes that look like you pulled them out of the pool. Dont know what to due. Have been waiting to be contacted for an appointment for about 4 months.

Love this washer ! It’s very heavy but works great , the automatic detergent dispenser is wonderful !

Works well and seems no problems. Only owned it for about 2 months. It is somewhat noisy compares to others.

This washer is not impressive at all for the high cost of this washer I WOULD NOT waste my money on it. This washer is ALWAYS out of balance when doing a heavy load. It very rarely can properly complete a spin cycle, it just sits and slowly spins for 20 minutes and then clothes come out sopping wet. Having to constantly check your laundry to make sure they are spinning properly is beyond annoying. The "automatic" soap dispenser does absolutely nothing. We filled it uo when brand new and guess what? It is still full months later. This $1200 washing machine doesnt perform half as well as my old $500 top loader. Very dissapointed. Sure it has tons of cool features, but the one thing it is designed to do, wash clothes, it fails at.

Works well, but white paint of washer and dryer set does not match. Both white, just different shades of white. Was told dryer is made in USA and washer is made in China. Disappointing with mudroom remodel.
