It is extremely noisy, even with small loads. The automatic laundry dispenser is no longer working, and I've only owned the unit for 10 months. Please go with a different brand. The design/bells & whistles drew me in, but sadly I'm already in need of a repair.

The overall appearance of it is nice. However, we started our first load and it shook our entire house. Tried a smaller load, same thing. Tried no load and same thing. It tore up our floor completely and put marks all over our wall (literally just testing it out those 3 times). We called to see if there was something we could do to fix it. The answer was no, and told us that shouldn’t happen. Giving three stars instead of one because customer service took great care of us and will be sending us a new one to replace the broken one. My review will be updated if it’s an actual working washer!

I really like the venting system after you run a load. My old washer was really moldy. So far it’s been terrific.

Started leaking. Got another one, which leaked as well-so Best Buy replaced it with a new one in December of last year. THIS ONE is leaking as well-need to file a claim as it has not even been a year. DO NOT BUY.

If I didn't live 4hrs from a best buy I would have returned it immediately.

Replaced my 12 yr. old washer with this one and so happy we did. My favorite feature is the soap dispenser. You can manually add soap, even if the reservoir is full (e.g., woolite, scented soap, etc.)

We had it just over two years and it stopped working. Replaced the parts shown in error codes nothing. Called repair service and the tech suggested we change more parts even though he wasn’t sure what the problem was. GE also isn’t helpful.

I washed clothes beautifully until now. The design of the stainless steel tub is poor. There are a bunch of tiny holes and after a couple of years is acting like a cheese grater and tearing up my clothes. Very poor design.

When delivered there was a big dent going down the side and there was noises as if parts was loose. It started up, water went in but did not drain. A 50 minute cycle turned into 2 hours and because the water didn’t drain out clothes was still soaked. Called Best Buy to take this piece of junk back.
