Absolutely love this washer machine and many nice features.

Had to return because of the following issue with my dryer. I can’t believe I am being asked to review this item. I purchased this item and waited a couple of weeks for it to be delivered, only to learn that it was no longer available through Best and that I had to choose a different dryer. Very disappointing.

G.E. used old and antiquated electronics in this unit for the WI-FI features that only allow you to connect with devices that are 2G. In a world moving on from 5G towards better services WHY ON EARTH would you use boards that require 2G and DO NOT WORK with 5G! My opinion is if they went cheap on that what else do I need to worry about? I did my homework and didn't hear anything about the WIFI issues and it upsets me knowing they had the option to put in electronics that would work and choose to save a dollar at the consumers expense....This washer/dryer set will be the last G.E. product I purchase in my lifetime.

We have had a great experience with this washer. It arrived the day it was supposed to. It was late in the delivery time but they were very professional. They installed everything and we have been very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism.

So far, it's ok just ok, Noisy is an understatement and the cycles are too closely matched which, doesn't really save any time washing.

Haven't had it for too long but first impressions are great. Heard GE is really reliable and I love the color of this definitely worth spending that little bit extra.

This washer looks nice. I like the auto dispense and the app with notification. Unfortunately, its making water pipe hammer sound like it will burst. I went to BB store and was able to replaced with different brand; and no water hammer sound.

So excited when I closed on my new house and bought the washer and dryer of my dreams. I got them installed but didn't move into the house until a month later so I didn't use them until after I moved in and my washer trips the GFIC Circuit when the door lock auto locks. I cannot use my washer and I cannot return it because it has been over a month. So now I have to wait for GE to come out and check it out. I tried in on another plug and same thing. Only I can buy a brand new really expensive washer and it not work for even one wash.

The UltraFresh Vent doesn't do anything to stop the musty odor. I have to leave the door open. I quit buying front load machines because of this, but gave it another shot when I saw this one with UltraFresh Vent. I don't think the automatic dispenser puts out enough detergent either. Definitely NOT worth the price.

I have this machine and it snags all of my clothes. I liked it up until that point. Contacted and had GE rep come look at the washer and he cannot figure out what is wrong with it. Said to wash clothes in mesh bag. I will never buy another GE.

Great washer with a large variety of settings. Best feature is the Ultra Vent - keeps washer smelling fresh, unlike my past 2 front loaders. Also, the auto dispenser is amazing - hope some day they make one with a fabric softener dispenser too

we are not pleased with this unit it has not worked right since the first day we have complained but no response from best buy

I like but this washer don’t wash with enough washer… I like to see the weather and with this I can see anything of wather

My only complaint about it would be the buzzer is very weak, not very loud at all. Other than that it seems to work great

So far so good, make sure you buy the warranty as well. The product is great. Wi-Fi and notifications of when your clothes is done is very helpful.

These are even prettier than what the pictures online display. Our units arrived fast and we so far have not had any issue with them! We’re finishing up a remodel on our laundry room and these completely sealed the look we wanted!

Horrible experience with best buy. don't do it! delivered with missing parts company won't do anything to help every time i call i am disconnected. absolute nightmare

So happy with this choice, it washes great and spins real nice. I washed my king sized comforter and had no problem, spined it nicely and it was ready for the dryer
