This range is a complete joke from the flimsy grates to the way the stove top is assembled ... with very visible screws and rubber stoppers that pop out at will. This is my third Range since November 2017. The first was damaged during delivery. The second was delivered and installed with a non functioning oven light and circuit board. The oven light in the third Range went out in about two weeks and now the oven has a chemical smell whenever we turn it on. The Profile used to be a nice, solid, quality Range worth the premium cost. I am returning it.

First stove had loose parts under the bottom. Second stove had a completely loose burner unit under the stove. This is the because of the way the stove is boxed and because the bottom is completely open (no protection). The 3rd stove was completely hot to the touch and heat came out from the front while food was cooking. The 4th stove was damaged when dropped off (very noticeable dent). Loose screws were evident in different spots in each unit. DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE. Side note: Best Buy was awesome in their customer service process. GE was not.

Apparently GE and Best Buy have nobody in the area who can fix my broken handle. Given up after numerous phone calls and store visits.

They were unprofessional and unhelpful. They wouldn’t hook up the stove and took off a door and wouldn’t put it back on—they just left. I don’t know if I would order again because the delivery is so poor. We had very good delivery service from the freestanding Pacific Sales stores.
