Very quiet , very quick , very efficient. So far through 3 weeks no problems. The app feature is pretty neat letting you know when your load is done. Especially like the soap dispenser feature that allows you to fill 50oz of detergent. Spin cycle is very quiet

Love it so far! We had Geek Squad come out and install the units. They did a great job and gave me a quick but thorough overview of the machines.

I went to start a load and the door lock light flashed and the machine turned off. I ordered a new door lock and changed it. Now it has new codes that the dispenser motor isnt working and the vent in the front is part of that error too. Smh. Does anything last anymore?

After 2 replacements and 3 GE service calls, my washer continued to shake and make loud noises with light loads. I would never order this. Switched to a LG washtower

3 weeks old and will not spin clothes dry. Slow speed no matter what setting. Best Buy gave me GE phone number, left in the cold with faulty washer and a $1000 bill!

Washer is easy to use, quiet and leaves laundry clean. However, the front door was leaking due to a missing part . I called the manufacturer, they came out right away and fixed it. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.
Thank you for leaving your awesome review! We're glad you were able to get your washer door repaired with us and we know this unit will serve you well for a long time to come.

This is a very nice washer. I especially like the fact that it can be filled with enough detergent to last for multiple loads and it measures automatically based on the size of the load. It can also send alerts to my phone to remind me when it's finished.

Was not sure how I would like it compared to my old top-loader machines, but it has been easy to use, is relatively quiet and will hold larger items (like Queen size comforter) that I could not fit in the old washer. So far, so good.

Great washer thus far. I do about 4-5 medium to large loads on average 2x a week and have not had any issues. One thing I will point out though is the UltraVent option has to be turned on and it lasts about 8 hours, which was not explained to me when I bought it. It also only obviously vents the drum, the area where the liquid detergent goes will remain wet and you need to clean that up on your own.
