Best washer I ever owned .clean large loads and blankets

Very deep! I need a step stool to reach the clothes.

Clothes come out very wet,Spin cycle is very loud. Regret of my purchase. Should just stay with the whirlpool brand that last me 20 years

I regret buying this washer! I did so much research and read reviews and thought I was doing the right thing. This washer is horrible. It’s always out of balance. I was washing socks the other day and it was out of balance. I’m always having to pull out soaking wet clothes to get it to actually spin it’s a garbage don’t buy !

There is no end of cycle buzzer, it makes the most faint beep and you can't hear it if you are not in the same room. Instead they want you to hook it up to your wifi so it can tell your phone that it is done. Seriously just put a buzzer on the thing it would cost a lot less than setting it up with wifi. Stupidest design ever.

Very pleased with this washer so far. Will know more after using it for a while.

The appliance did not work. Returning and exchanging was night mare. I still have it in my leaving room for best by to pick it up. They canceled the appointment 3 times.

haven't even had it a full 30 days and it was leaking! Tech came out and fixed it and left then now it won't even complete a load of laundry it keeps starting and shutting down

I paid for installation and it took two people coming out on two separate people to hook my washer and dryer up all becasue the first person didn't have time to do it.

This machine is the worst i have ever bought. The tub was unbalanced on the first week. I had to return it right away.

Really hate this washer. It leaks all over my floor at least once a month. Ive had a repair man out here and he said he didnt see anything wrong with it. It sucks for balance. A few blankets and it wont spin them dry. Why buy a big washer if it cant wash blankets. Ill have to take everything out and spin 2 small throw blankets at a time or they come out soaked. Now whats causing me to actauy come write a review is it keeps putting runs in my sheets. My sheets go into my washer fine no runs or caught thread, and come out with it. Ive ruined 2 bed sheets and a handful of pillow cases simply by putting them in the wash. Theyre being washed with just bedding, no zippers or anything theu should get caught on. Im so irritated and sick of this machine. Im tempted to sell it and buy another brand.

We've owned this washer and matching dryer for over 4 years and I want to throw them both in a bonfire. After two years of use, this washer started having issues. Balance issues, draining issues, turning off mid-cycle, etc. The dryer started leaving black marks on clothes at about the same time. I purchased the extended warranty so thought I was covered. For the washer, after about a month of the repairman visiting 4 times and replacing every part he could think of,it was finally fixed. But that was a month of lugging my wash to and from the laundrymat. The dryer could not be serviced at all because the serial number sticker GE strategically placed on the front door jam, (where wet clothes rub against it everytime you load it), had fallen off. GE claims they do not have the serial numbers of the dryers marked ANYWHERE else on them. So I'm stick with an $800 hunk of junk dryerthat leaves marks on half our clothes and rarely dries clothes completely on a single cycle. Just based on the customer service, I will never buy GE products again. What a disappointment.

This has been the best washer I have ever owned. Absolutely great cleaning power and wonderful settings. We have had this for over 3 years and have had zero issues.

After having a Maytag for 20 years with the only issue being a water outlet 1 year before it finally died, I was forced to purchase one of the many abysmal washing machines of today. I knew what I was getting into and was left with no choice. The LG which was the highest rated was horrible with no extra water option on the one I got at the time. So I returned it for this one. This machine had a huge drum capacity that can barely take things half full. If you have a couple hoodies and a couple thick bath towels in there good luck. It has problems all the time with balancing. It’s much worse after 2 years and its now making a deep tone squeaking sound as it prepares for a spin cycle. As time goes on I have to put less and less for it to function right and I feel the sound it’s making is something I will need to get looked at. And I am literally only at year 2 with this thing after purchasing it brand new. Stunning. I never leave reviews right after I purchase a major appliance. It’s a timely process for me. The positive reviews people have on here after a week or a month of owning these machines, shouldn’t even be counted.

Totally regret this purchase! The spin cycle is extremely loud and the balancing feature does not work AT ALL. Almost every load I have to pull soaking wet clothes/sheets/towels out and reposition a few times before the machine will complete the spin cycle. This never happened with previous (cheaper) machines I have owned. Very disappointed. If you’re going to spend the money on a new set I wouldn’t go with this one.

The worst washing machine I have ever owned. Can barely do a load of lahndry without it being soaking wet. Yes I have had plenty of washing machines. Have had this 3 years and frustrated the whole time. I have rentals ao do lots of laundry . Forget any bathroom rugs or blankets. 2 sets of sheets and either soaked at the end or dry on the top. Its awful!

Less than a year old and spin cycle has never worked great. Recently it’s become unusable with all items laundered coming out soaking wet. This occurs on all settings and with all types of clothing, yes even with max spin and a second spin. We’ve had to hang our clothes as they are too wet for the dryer. GE has serviced it 3 times replacing control panels, motor, ect with no improvement. Very disappointing and hoping to get a replacement before our new born arrives! The process for a replacement is not clear and my wife was unable to get a hold of a human when she tried customer service Saturday. Will be trying again Monday during business hours.
