The technicians did the installation in July 2023, today we are January 24, 2024, my rooms began to fill with lint, the unit of my air conditioning is in the same room, which is why it was working poorly since it was absorbing all the lint that was coming out of the dryer because the technicians did not use the correct connections. This was loose from the ventilation duct all this time, obviously I couldn't notice it because the connection was behind the dryer. I contacted best buy and yes, they said that 6 months had passed and that they had nothing to do with it and that they couldn't help me at all. I cut my hand with the aluminum hose since the technicians cut it into 4 parts so that it would hold provisionally. . I hope this can help future clients so that they do not trust best buy's shoddy technical service.
