Great washer, great price and IN STOCK

The big box stores for home improvements had them but not in stock. I would have to wait 2 weeks for it to get delivered to the store and then schedule delivery and set up in my home. Best Buy had it available. Within 10 minutes, we had it paid for and loaded in the truck...same day. Washer works great so far and we are pleased.

Finally called for repair and paid $200 to fix badly worn parts inside the drum. Seems like poor design to have that much wear and tear after only 20 months in a household of only two people. BTW, I have always been a fan of G.E., so this was a bummer. And... My repairman worked very hard to get the lowest cost possible. He even suggested I just get a new dryer because he couldn't guarantee the problem would not recur.

She set us up for the delivery of our new washer and dryer. The delivery was made in the time frame promised. I was glad there was a mention to expect different sounds from the washer than we were used to because it is rather noisy.
