This is incredibly frustrating for my large family that does laundry daily! It dried amazingly when it worked.

I am not used to a dryer with knobs but it ok. I will say that it does dry very quickly better then my last dryers but of course it was old. Overall it is a good buy. I bought it because it was the match for the washer I also bought. Glad about both.

We wanted a dryer without the tech features. It just has the right number of features, that pleases us very much. The knob can be turned in either direction, The knob does have a lot of tension as well. My family enjoy this dryer and it matches our washer as well.
