I should have listened to my boyfriend and kept the older dryer, now I won't hear the end of it :( It was great when it was working but less than 4 weeks later the dryer heat stopped working. I checked everything that they suggested but nothing worked. Then of course we cannot get a service tech out for a couple of weeks so not having a dryer is a total bummer. Really wish they made products built to last like they used to a long time ago. Since I am a TotalTech member everything better be covered, and I hope they are able to fix the unit during our appointment -- if we have to wait even longer for some part or if they have to replace it, I'm going to be furious!
