    The dryer is nice. I am very disappointed that it came damaged, then to work something out with geek squad and be misled is very disappointing. They need to get their act together not tell me one thing from one person and then another thing from another person because they don't know I was told I would receive a refund for some of the money due to the damage with his seven to 10 days 20 days past I'm calling and asking about it they're telling me next billing cycle. I told them I paid the thing off there is no billing cycle so come again... Just got jerked around that's the way I feel.

    The first dryer I had installed never got hot. Within 4 days I had a brand new one installed and the old one was taken away, all free of charge and without stress. The new dryer dries my clothes quickly and throughly. Great product with great service.
