Defective - called Best Buy they want us to go through the GE repair vendor - which tried to schedule us 1 month out. We are stuck with no dryer and no way to return it. This has been a nightmare! We are considering putting in the back of a truck and dumping it at the front door of the Dover, DE Best Buy and disputing the charge with the credit card company. Not sure what else to do at this point.
