We had it for 14 months before it stopped drying, right after the warranty ran out! So I had it repaired. Now, 3 months later, it has stopped working again! I contacted GE and they said that they would offer a one time repair service to fix the dryer. However, I can’t seem to get an appointment scheduled! They keep canceling it and rescheduling it. I will never ever, ever buy another GE appliance again! And I suggest you don’t either!

Difficult Installation

I’m still waiting on them to fix it since they don’t even respect the time frame windows given , My window was from 1p:30pm-3:30 pm and the technician came early at 11am before my window time (saw it my ring cam) and he said to GE I did not open my door. Terrible customer service, now I have to wait another week with a broken brand new dryer and GE doesn’t want to give me a different unit. This brand it’s a joke! I bought this dryer based on the good reviews from Best Buy.
