I'm so disappointed. They don't make products like they used to. A dryer should last for years, not conveniently stop when the warranty is over. Do they intentionally make appliances this way so consumers have to repair or buy again? And the GE Appliances phone number is useless as well. You can't talk to a person, only a computer. And it kept disconnecting me. So worthless!

I used the dryer about 8 times and had to call Geek Squad and they couldn’t fix it. Called GE and they ordered replacement parts! Not a good start!

I had to reverse the door using the directions in the manual and it worked just fine. Just make sure to use a #1 Philips screwdriver and not the more common #2. Love it!

I know plenty of people who has repaired, replaced their machines from other brands and designs , not this baby!
