Not heating up after purchasing two months ago

Purchased on Total Tech, installed by Total Tech. This past Sunday, it stopped heating up. No clear reason why. I'm fairly handy, tried multiple different settings. No luck. More frustrated than anything because this thing is only two months old. Tech appointment is next Wednesday, hoping this can get it fixed. At this point I just want to return it but of course, this happened LITERALLY two days after the return window ended. Sigh.

This GE dryer started off great but not long until it made a horrible grinding sound. Checked to see if vents were hooked up wrong? They were fine. Dryer Off balance? No. Tried to sit something on top of dryer to stop sound. Didn’t help. Horrible grinding noise continues. Very unhappy will be calling to get Best Buy to look at it and make this purchase right. Avoid this dryer. BUYER BEWARE!!! AWFUL GRINDING SOUNDS. BRAND NEW DRYER. TWO DAYS OLD.

It didn’t even last 2 months. And I can’t return because the return date ended January 13th. On top of that GE said this items warranty is outdated due to the age of this appliance. So be sure to have a receipt that’s proved you bought this item within 12months or you will end up having to pay for repairs on a item that bestbuy sold you that has an out of date manufacturer warranty.

We don’t provide them as there are different types (three pronged or four) and lengths (four to six feet) that are needed. If you haven’t already, please check out page 15 on your Owner’s Manual, that shows the different cords with their part numbers that are available for your dryer.
