GE should step up and replace this as service calls have far exceeded purchase price! DO NOT BUY

I have had it less than a month and have had to make 2 service calls to fix it and it is still not fixed. I am not a happy camper. I bought a new dryer bc ours went out. I got tired of going to the washateria. Three weeks out of the month since I have bought it, I have spent at the washateria. Nobody is trying to help me. I have had enough. So my advice to everyone, is to not buy this dryer.

First dryer had bearing issue and Best Buy replaced it quickly. Second dryer is already broke with a bad switch so it won’t turn on. Two months two pieces of junk! Buy the extended warranty if you decide to buy this but I would avoid it. This may be the last GE I buy.

So disappointing. I tried every setting and thought maybe it would start working better. I’m calling today to either return or have them fix it. It looks nice if only it worked.

It takes 3 dry cycles to dry one load of laundry. We have been very thorough in cleaning the lint filter and upkeep on dryer. Disappointed that it only lasted for a year and a half.

They don’t have it. The best you’ll get is run around to five different locations only to be told they’ll have to deliver it because when they sold it to you they lied about having it in stock.

It takes one 80 minute cycle and then I need to put it on optimum dry for another 40 min. To get the load dry. The machine is loud and vibrates more than other dryers I have had. Would not buy again.

Doesn't dry anything without doing it like 3 to 4 Cycles. I'm talking about just a shirt and two pairs of jeans takes three Cycles to dry. Every one load in the washer is at least three loads in the dryer. It's a piece of junk
