We have to put 2 complete cycles to dry 100% especially when drying blue jeans. We replaced a 17 year old GE dryer that was still working but wife wanted a new one. The old one worked better than this one.

Had tech look at it, said that's how it works, need to better distribute load and use Deep Rinse to get clothes drier. Have already gotten rid of GE Dryer and bought an LG dryer. Will be getting an LG dryer when possible.

Best Buy Delivered a Defective GE dryer

We are waiting for GE for repairs since Best Buy will not let us return the dryer. Very disappointed with Best Buy Customer Service.
