    This dryer does anything buy dry. 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths & 2 hand towels = 3 drying cycles, minimum. Spend a couple extra hundred & go with something other than this dryer.

      There are a few things we recommend trying that may resolve this: Check the installation instructions to make sure the dryer venting is correct. Make sure the ducting is clean, free of kinks and unobstructed. Also check to see if the outside wall damper operates easily. You can find a copy of the installation instructions on the website under features (page 11). It can also be the load size or the linter filter being full. You can also search an article about this on our website with the title "Dryer - Taking Too Long To Dry Clothes or Not Drying at All" GE_Appliances

    I PURCHASED THIS DRYER SEPTEMBER 25, 2025 AND AS OF TODAY 12/21/2025 THIS DRYER HAS WENT OUT. BEST BUY TELLING ME I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE MANUFACTURING WARRANTY TO HAVE IT FIXED. THIS PRODUCT IS TOO NEW TO HAVE ANY ISSUES.

    The worst ever

    I regret this more than anything I am now on my second huge repair on this machine The first month I had it the water pump went and it wouldn't drain it cost $359 to fix okay The second repair we are in now it's August I bought it in April It won't spin and guess what LG won't cover it! This is the worst I don't want this washer I have to buy a new washer I bought the washer then I paid for a huge repair now I'm going to have to buy another washer. What a nightmare thankfully they are class action suits in Massachusetts and guess what LG I'll be jumping on that! Unbelievable

    Terrible. I used this one time. Had to schedule a repairman to come. Not easy when I work. He came and said the motor was not working. I had to go back to Best Buy and schedule a time for someone to now come pick up the broken dryer.

    So disappointed in this machine. Only after 4 months of use the power bottom won't turn on the dryer. Unplugged, tried to reset. Now going to go through the one year warranty with GE. I also purchased the extended Best Buy warranty. Had problems with my Samsung washer & dryer, and figured GE was reliable. Nope.

    No longer heated after 90 days

    Purchased new and the heating element died after 90 days. GE had to handle it as it was under manufacturer warranty still. Element died by July 1st and it is now September 16th and i still have no dryer. Could not get anyone to come out and repair it and then GE ordered a replacement to the wrong retailer.

    Does the job but is a bit noisy and the worst part is the door doesn’t open up all the way! That makes it harder to load and unload.

    Our first delivery culminated with a defective dryer. The second day we had to take off from work, they did not bring the power cord necessary to run the dryer. 2 days away from work and still not installed. We hope the 3rd attempt is a charm.

    sent me two defective dryers and tried to give me 50 compensation to keep it, NO THANKS will not be buying anything from Best Buy... take your money else ware, they have no customer service skill and are insulting to their customers

    Terrible product. Barely lasted 3 months . Also i wouldnt spend money on Geek Squad insurance as they wont do anything to help you .
