Posted .It's appreciated that you've taken the time to leave a review and tell us about your experience. There are several things that you can try to get this rectified. Make sure the vent ductwork is the proper length and that proper venting material, such as metal ductwork is used. Check for an obstruction in the ductwork and that the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. Only dry one wash load at a time and do not underfill the tub. Make sure that clothes are sorted with similar fabrics. Lastly, make sure your fuses are good and that your circuit breaker isn't tripped. If the above suggestions do not resolve the issue with your dryer, service with Bodewell may be needed. Service can be set up via our website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET.

I guess we got what we paid for because this is the worst washer I've ever used in my entire life. The dryer is awful too - I'll leave a review for that as well. I've tried every setting and my clothes still come out smelling unwashed. Very little agitation from the washer (not from me). Don't waste your money.

Each time prior to the delivery date they request item to be rescheduled for some unknown reason. A person to resolve the issue was assigned - she promised $350.00 check for aggravation, check not received!!! Customer Service deplorable - canceled the entire order!
