Used for about 2 months now, works great. Very quick dry time. The alarm when finished is very loud if you want to be able to hear it from other areas of the house, I turned it off because we don't need that alert. We were able to easily swap the direction the door opens also that it fits better in our area.

This particular dryer is easy to use and has a large drum capacity. It is also quite for a dryer. It was exactly what I was looking for.

It dries clothes very well. Straight forward and easy to use. I love the adjustable volume option. I debated about getting this particular model: due to other reviewers complaining about the loudness of the buzzer. It indeed: can be loud: but the buzzer's volume level is totally adjustable! I love the tumble feature. I can remove debris from my jeans. Such as dust and lint. Over all: it's a great dryer: no complaints at all!

I have always used a gas dryer but now needed an electric and was skeptical about the heating power, but I am very impressed. Love that there is a heat setting , low , medium and high. I can dry a medium load in less than 60 min on medium heat. No shrinkage and perfectly dry , no need to recycle

Delivery & Exchange Nightmare I purchased this unit new, but it arrived with a noticeable dent on the door. Best Buy eventually did the exchange, but the process was a huge hassle. Their return and exchange policy was completely different from what customer service had described, which caused a major headache and unnecessary delays. First dryer worked only for three loads and burned off this one has lasted already for a month works perfectly fine
