Door Hard to Close

Only thing is the buzzer when the drying is done is really loud it startled me the first time and can’t change that setting. If that doesn’t bother you everything else about the dryer is great.

I like the drying features it has. It has a very loud beep when cycle is over.Price was Competitive during Black Friday sales.

It started having problems not long after we bought it, and then completely stopped working way sooner than it should have. For the price, I expected something much more reliable. The dryer took longer and longer to dry clothes, made strange noises, and eventually just gave out. Dealing with customer service and repairs was frustrating and time-consuming. A major appliance should last years without issues, not break down this quickly. I would not recommend this dryer based on my experience.

As the dryer isn’t working at all, we recommend disconnecting the appliance for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this can often solve an issue. Information about what to try when the dryer won’t start normally is available on page 11 of the manual; the manual can be viewed on Best Buy’s product page for the model when you go to the ‘Features’ section and scroll to the bottom. Information about what to try when clothes are taking too long to dry is also available on that page.
