Granted that our previous Washer and Dryer were approx 20 years old and was not washing that great nor drying all of our items. Best Buy's delivery and installation service was fast and delivered to our expectations. Would do it again.

I recommend using the lower temp settings; Delicate setting for clothing, Casual setting for bed linens and the Cotton setting gets very hot but perfect for towels and has a long run time. The dryer is louder than my previous dryer which had a stainless drum and heavier steel framing. My GE washer purchased in 2015 is also very loud. I don’t like the new designs of the GE machines, they are too tall and do not sit together tightly side by side, leaving an opening for items to fall through...
