I like that it has the lint trap inside rather than on top. Hated that in my old machine. There was always fuzz everywhere. The installers even switched the swing of the door so that it opens away from my washer. Couldn't do that with my old one. I've only had it two weeks, but so far am very happy.

Yes, that's right it stopped drying clothes within the first six months of use. Mind you, there are only two of us now, as all our children are grown and on their own with there own children. Since I only do a little laundry each week I thought this one would last a lot longer than the ones used when I had children at home. So, now I am hanging clothes on the line again, waiting for someone to come out and fix the dryer.

Many concerns can be corrected by simply disconnecting power via the main power supply (your home circuit breaker) for a few minutes. Also, please verify that the venting going to the outside is clear and not kinked, bent or clogged. Otherwise, we recommend to proceed with your service appointment. Thanks for your feedback! If you want a machine to dry your clothes, this is the dryer for you. No steam feature, or bluetooth options. No connection with alexa or siri, just a machine to dry your clothes.

As someone who had never had a gas dryer I am a firm believer in them. They are more energy efficient and my clothes are getting dried faster. Saving me time and money. It didn't have the door opening where I wanted it but that's just my personal preference. It works great with lots of options. Another bonus is I can hear the signal from the basement with this dryer so I know when a load is done.
