    I gave it 5 stars assuming I will like the new dryer. However, I bought it 5 weeks ago but I have to wait until it can be installed, not just dropped off. Lucky for me, my brother lives a block away so I dry my clothes there.

    The dryer has exceeded my expectations and I'm very hard to pleased. There are a few presets that are convenient and an 80-minute timer for heavier closed. The vent is extremely easy to clean as well.

    Iove !love! love! our new washer and dryer set and my clothes are whites are white and colors are brightly colored so you nailed it on this sale we are truly happy campers thanks!!!

    It worked for a few days. Then after 80 minutes on high the clothes were still damp. I called Best Buy they basically tried to convince me it wasn't broken. After a few minutes the guy said it was probably broke but I had to call GE directly. Was on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up. I also purchased the matching washer an it's great , so I don't know what to tell you. Good luck

    Seems to be working great - Cycle done bell is nice and loud ( 3 settings) and love the location of the lint trap ... Still getting used to the door opening side to side instead of down... that will take some time. All in all - great Dryer

    Frequently wraps clothes up in a ball so halfway through cycle I have to separate all the clothes so they will dry. If I forget to do that, some clothes do not get dry. After doing all that the clothes eventually get dry. Clothes come out very wrinkled. This did not happen with my old dryer and I miss it.

    Best Buy came through forms! No one else had this dryer due to covid delays. Delivery was on time. Very good customer support and a beautiful product!

    timer and thermostat went out after 2.5 years. of course it is out of warranty. will cost more to repair than replace

    I absolutely love my GE! my mom has had hers since 2006 and it still WORKS! so when it was time to buy myself one it was no question on which washer/dryer combo i was spending my good money on. I know plenty of people who has repaired, replaced their machines from other brands and designs , not this baby!
