The price for this gas dryer was very competitve and we were able to actually see this product in store to compare with other models.

Dryer functions as expected. Standard white color keeps it noticable visually.

Disappointed with this product. Picked it up at the store. Door hinge broke so had person come fix that. Then dryer wouldn’t heat so had another person come out. To this day the dryer does not dry the clothes.

Such a good dryer. I like the buzzer to remind when a load is done.

I am not happy with this dryer, nor was I happy with Best Buy's process or service. I ordered the washer and dryer I wanted weeks ahead of when I needed it. When the delivery finally came, the dryer was damaged and the delivery driver and installers said they could not deliver it and had me call Best Buy. (They were from a different company.) Turns out that the fellow I called at Best Buy that day couldn't help me until the dryer was returned to the warehouse. Then the next day I was told they no longer had that dryer in stock and that I would have to wait several months. So I chose a dryer close to the original one I had ordered. I don't know if the subcontracted company that delivered and installed the second choice dryer did it incorrectly, but now it is completely broken and it has not functioned well since it was installed. Things take FOREVER to dry, even if it's a small load. The timed setting doesn't even seem to reach a reasonable amount of heat. Needless to say, I have not been happy with the experience of purchasing this appliance, nor the appliance itself.

Works great! Very satisfied! It sounds when it is dry and keeps spinning so u can get to it before the clothes get wrinkled.
