One odd glitch: if you turn the temp knob just a bit too far to the left, past the Cotton setting, without paying attention — no heat! Beware

When the dryer was delivered, I was told they the installer couldn’t do anything because I had a copper gas line. He said they should have told me to take care of it beforehand. I was never told anything about that. So they left it in my basement, with no other instructions. Every person I have spoken to since only told me I should have known, and I had never been told. I was left scrambling, and my delivery window was two weeks from purchase, and I could have taken care of it. Very poor communication, and I was left to figure it out on my own. I am done with best buy.
