    The clothes dryer was delivered with a defective door. The door is not properly assembled. I told the delivery person. He called his supervisor. I noted the defect on the work order. I've sent emails to Best Buy but received no call back. The worst service I've had.

    This experience was horrible for me. When the dryer was delivered, I was told they the installer couldn’t do anything because I had a copper gas line. He said they should have told me to take care of it beforehand. I was never told anything about that. So they left it in my basement, with no other instructions. Every person I have spoken to since only told me I should have known, and I had never been told. I was left scrambling, and my delivery window was two weeks from purchase, and I could have taken care of it. Very poor communication, and I was left to figure it out on my own. I am done with best buy.
