    This is the worst dryer on the market today. The dryer does not dry. It is brand new out of the box and it takes up to a full day to dry one load. Who has time for that…..

    It has been a disaster from the beginning to the end. 4 appointments were scheduled to deliver and install the gas Dryer. After waiting more than a month to do the installation, they installed it but the gas dryer has a gas leak putting in risk the safety of my family and my house.

    Beware of Gas Leak!

    SoCalGas just now red tagged this dryer due to igniter value leak. We can't use until fixed. We only had this dryer for 18 months and warranty has expired. If you decided to buy this, I highly recommend getting the extended warranty.

    Unfortunately it doesn’t work correctly, on regular cycle never hot well juts a little warm and take the doble o more times to finish to dry one charge.

    Product returned, no problem with dryer, Was returned with washer for defect. washer had no discharge hose and Best Buy or warehouse would not make corrective action, expected me, the customer to come to the store to get part and install it. So, told the to pickup both units and this customer purchased same units elsewhere. the Quality control at the factory Questionable and Best Buy ????

    Worst Dryer I have ever owned

    The dryer for it's price is of poor quality. Have broken down and have had geek squad out a number of times under warranty. Broke down again today. Will not heat and makes a buzzing noise. Have had it repaired in past for same issue.

    The drying would not dry the clothes completely. Sometimes jeans, towels and heavier items had to cycle 2-3 times. The start button had to be pressed 2-3 times for it to start until it finally quite working after about a month.

    Just got this dryer about a month ago and needbit repair already and the wait to get it repaired is 2 weeks unbelievable

    zero stars, died after 8 months. Cant return it to the store, have to wait for GE to come out for service. Don't buy this piece of junk

    The dryer is amazing but I paid for delivery and extra to have it installed and they did it wrong. The vent wasnt even on the dryer and gas leaks.

    Would not install dryer because of ceiling exhaust. I sent the vent back they brought out and they did not credit me for it or the installation. Very disappointing.
