It is brand new out of the box and it takes up to a full day to dry one load. Who has time for that…..

Worst Service ever

After waiting more than a month to do the installation, they installed it but the gas dryer has a gas leak putting in risk the safety of my family and my house.

Beware of Gas Leak!

We only had this dryer for 18 months and warranty has expired. If you decided to buy this, I highly recommend getting the extended warranty.

Do not work well

So, told the to pickup both units and this customer purchased same units elsewhere. the Quality control at the factory Questionable and Best Buy ????

Worst Dryer I have ever owned

Have broken down and have had geek squad out a number of times under warranty. Broke down again today. Will not heat and makes a buzzing noise. Have had it repaired in past for same issue.

Sometimes jeans, towels and heavier items had to cycle 2-3 times. The start button had to be pressed 2-3 times for it to start until it finally quite working after about a month.

Guys who installed suck!!
