Disappointment

I called to check on a warranty for A appliance I had purchased. I was told I didn't have a profile there, I received a Black Friday flier, and I checked on "my account". They was all the items I had purchased, so how did someone tell me I had not purchased these items there?

Need to make sure that you have it on the correct setting for towels and blankets, otherwise you have to restart. Dial is a little difficult to turn to the settings

Altogether Great job Best Buy .
