Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this dryer when we bought a new house. At 6 months the dryer stopped & had a strong electrical smell. After a week a technician said the motor was dead. GE would not replace the unit only the motor. I would have been left with a dryer with an electrical smell & worry about future electrical issues. All this after only 6 months.
