    I find myself needing to run the cycle twice for items to fully dry regardless of the size of the load. It's not clear where one would get signaled with an alarm or if there is an alarm included. It is workable otherwise.

      We appreciate the feedback. We recommend you check the venting on the back of the dryer and the vent cap on the outside of your home for any type of restriction or obstruction that would affect the dry performance. Also, you can adjust the volume of the end-of-cycle signal by pressing the Sound button on the control panel repeatedly until you reach the desired level. We also recommend turning the Eco dry off. The Owner's Manual is available online. Click on the Features tab and scroll to the end of the Features list to locate the link for the manual.     My new GE 7.4 Cu Ft Front Load Electric Dryer is a huge improvement over my old dryer, which was 30 years old and finally stopped drying. Simple to use, dries quickly with settings for different fabric weights and types. Choosing the "less dry" setting is great for items that must not be over-dried. A good, reliable dryer.
