    Features and pricing were great but performance is just ok. A medium size load that includes a couple of towels did not dry completely after a Normal dry cycle.

    Disappointed in the dryer. Using the damp alert the clothes still do not get dry. Have to turn on several times just to get clothes dried. Unable to add additional time to the drying mode.

      We are sorry to hear you are disappointed and understand how upsetting it can be when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. We want to help and recommend checking to see if you have r Eco Dry turned on. Cycle times will change when this is selected. The Eco Dry option will default to "ON" for Cottons. For optimal energy savings, turn it on and for optimal drying times, turn Eco Dry off. Energy savings will vary across loads and cycles.     Initially I purchased both the washer and dryer but the washer arrived completely broken so that was returned. The dryer works but arrived with a dent on the side but I kept it. I would not recommend purchasing a washer or dryer from Best Buy.
