Posted .We know any issue with the drying performance must be concerning, and we want to assist. You may want to check the ducting to ensure it’s not obstructed, and the fuses/circuit breakers. Some electric dryers use two fuses/breakers, so if only one is working correctly, drying may be affected. Troubleshooting tips start on page 12 of the manual; if you’d like to view that manual, you can do so on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. If you’re not able to resolve the concern with troubleshooting and think service may be needed, you can reach out to Bodewell (GE Appliances’ team of appliance care experts) at 833-426-3393. The dryer works but arrived with a dent on the side but I kept it. I would not recommend purchasing a washer or dryer from Best Buy.

After that it’ll take up to an additional 40 minutes to an hour on high heat, timed cycle for the clothes to mostly dry. Door is different to close and open. Not worth the price.

Be sure to separate heavy items from lightweight items (generally, a well-sorted washer load is a well-sorted dryer load). Large, heavy fabrics contain more moisture and take longer to dry. It's best to separate large, heavy fabrics into smaller loads to speed drying time. Make sure to clean the lint filter before every load. For further troubleshooting, please see here:
