    Run quietly doesn't perform very well wouldn't recommend this product maybe there's a problem with the elements don't really know you know it takes a lot for me to drive my clothes

    Features and pricing were great but performance is just ok. A medium size load that includes a couple of towels did not dry completely after a Normal dry cycle.

    Purchased December 2023, thermostat broken November 2025, repair total cost $360.41. Did not purchase additional warranty. GE has in my opinion been the old reliable brand that should last a minimum of 10 years... The more bells and whistles with automatic sensors etc added the more chance of it breaking down. I would going forward purchase a basic dryer with turn knob settings.

    Initially I purchased both the washer and dryer but the washer arrived completely broken so that was returned. The dryer works but arrived with a dent on the side but I kept it. I would not recommend purchasing a washer or dryer from Best Buy.
