Broken dryer

Had geek squad come out and order the new parts and twice the parts came broken. When calling to ask to exchange unit was told they cannot do anything about it. It’s been a month without a dryer. Would not recommend buying any used items from best buy

Disappointed

Defective Dryer

Terrible customer service and delivery people . Got a defective Dryer and have had nothing but excuses and nothing resolved . Going to return and get my money back !

The worst dyer ever.

At times it takes 2 to 3 rounds on the highest heat levrl to dry 1 small load. Dont waste your time and money.

Posted .We are sorry to hear you are having this issue with your dryer. We would like to help you with some troubleshooting tips. Please be sure you have your level setting to More Dry and your Temperature setting to High instead of on No Heat. Also, confirm you have the timers on a setting and not on Air Fluff which would be a no cool setting. We have some information on our site regarding venting concerns that you'd want to check. Check for an obstruction in the ductwork. Make sure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. If flexible ducting is used, be sure that it is not kinked and is installed properly. It is recommended that you clean the ductwork completely at least once a year. If you go to our site at GE Appliances.com and type in Dryer-Taking too long to dry clothes, you will see the article. If you've checked everything and are still having this issue, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to Bodewell Service at
1-833-426-3393.

Doesnt dry properly

I have to put it on 2 cycles sometimes a 3rd to get my clothes completely dry. Im going to return this item for something different.
