I would also note that the machine itself seems very cheaply made. It is very flimsy feeling when opening and closing the door. I also thought this unit came with steam, however it does not. When I purchased it I used the model number recommended for steam, but the unit received did not come with steam. Had I not of needed this dryer so bad, I would have returned it.
