The new dryer dries faster in half the time of the old dryer. The hope is to save on electricity. At this time I would recommend it.

Had to learn the right settings, but now we can run a large load on low/more dry and the clothes come out perfectly dried. It’s a very attractive appliance as well, especially compared to the other base models we looked at. Only had it for a few weeks, but so far I am very happy with it.

Also some new features with updated electronics and she has to learn about them but overall really good.

No child lock

I do not like they dont have locks that you can use when not in use. I have resorted to locking the whole room so that children can not get to the machines. Child locks built into them would be amazing.

Beyond poor customer service with Best Buy

And dealing with customer service was ridiculous. Had to pay for vent and cord for them each time but they did not deliver them with machine. Trying to talk to a manager was literally impossible. Appears they have a policy where managers do not take calls. Spoke with someone at corporate office and they started off by making fun of the way I talk. Then giving me a hard time because I could not answer one phone call. After getting third machine it works great.
