Absolutely fantastic washer and dryer! It is extra large so be careful to measure your space before buying. Unfortunately was too big for my space and I had to return.

I’ve only had my dryer 3 weeks The only thing I wish is that the tone it makes when it’s done could be louder. Before my GE dryer was obnoxiously loud now not loud enough to hear in the next room if a there is any other noise. I ‘ve tried setting it louder but it’s at the loudest.

The dryer is good. The terrible service I received from Best Buy ended up costing me an additional $300+. So how is that even conceivable? A $507 LG dryer with a dent was supposedly the only problem, according to the them. I could make that work. I also wanted a pedestal sent at the same time, so I put that order in too. That was delivered to the store, and I was responsible for picking it up. Ok not happy but... The delivery men came said they could not attach it. Come to find out. The dryer "was not on the truck," so they would need to return. They did. A LOUD banging sound was produced by the dryer. Had to go to store to replace it They have me a price match. Second dryer comes. It doesn't dry. Another technician is dispatched. "Needs to be replaced". Because of this, I decided to go with GE. Price Match? Of course I am told. I have now taken three days off work, with the fourth required for the GE dryer. They deliver the GE dryer. The check vent light will not turn off. So I call the people that clean out the dryer vent. My vent is fine. When installing the vent, the delivery men crimped it. The vent guy's fee will be $170. I checked my statement, and it was not price matched! $200 more! Best Buy wants to compensate me with a $80 gift card! Last time I shop at Best Buy. I bought 4 other appliances from them. VIP member. My loyalty was irrelevant. The fact that I had to pay for their delivery men ruining my dryer vent and charging me $200 after they promised to match the price at the store is unfair. I plan to contact Better Business and other organizations. The bottom line. I love the dryer but despise Best Buy.

Works great and didn’t know why it needed wifi but now getting a 5min warning it’s about to be done helps keep us on track.

The fact that i get a notification on my watch when the load is done actually makes laundry get done quicker. Less chance of forgetting the loads.

We had a problem with the first machine and they exchanged with no problems. We've been using it for almost a year and it's flawless so far.

GE appliances have always been great and buying them from best buy an awesome experience. Delivery was as promised and their 5 year warranty gives us that piece if mind.

Works Great. No Complains so far. However, I did not realize that it doesn't come with the power cable and did not keep the cable from the old dryer. I had to buy a new power cord for $30.

I really like this dryer notifies me on my phone when the laundry is done it has worked great the only thing and one of the main reasons I bought it was because it was supposed to have a reversible door but when it was delivered I was told it’s not a good idea to reverse it because it starts to have issues afterwards

We love our new washer and dryer. Only negative thing I could say is they’re loud but everything echos in our house. Dries everything very quickly!

Works great! The book-style lint trap is really cool and easy to clean. I thought electric would take longer to dry than our previous GE gas dryer, however this seems to be just as fast as the old one.
