    Bought this one to replace the first one we bought. The glass in the door exploded the second night we had it. Hopefully this one doesn’t blow up!

    The staff set up and started the first time with nothing on it. When they left, I washed my clothes and dried them. But the machine wasn't work. I contacted to your center and they said "tomorrow we will send someone to your house - if they are free". I waited, and no one showed up. No one call me back. Today is the 3rd day since I made a call.

    Poughkeepsie NY Best Buy Store #:460 never asked if we wanted the dryer door to open out into the room to match the washer door. Best Buy initially charged us $75.00 for this but later credited this charge after we escalated to Best Buy. Salesperson slipped up on this issue big time.

    Broken motor.

    We are one of the unfortunate people. After using the dryer for 3 weeks the motor gave up on us. We were told that this model is very good and durable! We had to call GE to send someone out and replace us the new motor because Bestbuy only do 14 days warranty. We will not be purchasing any big appliances with Bestbuy again ;(.

    I purchased a defective dryer from Best Buy and they would not refund me the electrician bill. I didn’t know I bought a defective product since I only had the dryer for less than two weeks. The dryer wouldn’t turn on so I had an electrician check the circuits in the house thinking it may have been the power outlet. Best Buy would not reimburse me for a defective product they sold.

    I do not like the washer or this matching dryer. The water level is never enough to get the clothes clean, so I can only use 1 cycle and have to push the "more water" button. The dryer takes longer than my old dryer. Take a hard pass on this set. I regret my purchase.

    GE customer support is the worst ever. My dryer got broken with less than a year and they keep rescheduling the service over and over using all kinds of poor excuses. Stay away from GE.

    When delivered the installer could not install due to the fact that the cord was a 4 prong. My receptacle was a 3 prong. The technician took the cord though he claims he left it in the dryer which he did not. We had to go out and purchase the proper cord.

    The dryer broke after having it for only 2 months. And, since it was covered under the manufacturers warranty I had to wait for them to come and see what the problem was. They were scheduled to come out on a certain date and they canceled and reschedule for 2 weeks later. They still couldn't fix it and now I have to wait 2 more weeks for parts.

    It’s a great product but the CONTROLS & BACKSPLASH just came off. Seems like the tabs broke or maybe due to vibration. Hope to get this solved

    Purchased in December with rust and paint chips, second replacement same issues, third replacement same issues. Customer service hangs up and offers no meaningful resolution to problems.
