    It was gift to daughter Dryer defective and to get it replace was nightmare!~!!! Received second defective dryer and getting a real person to assist was horrible.

    I am so profoundly unhappy with this dryer, I feel like sobbing. With my old dryer (a Maytag) I could dry towels on the low heat setting with no problem. I have now been drying a load of darks on the highest heat setting for 3 hours and the lightest item is STILL WET in the waist band. I wish had bought a Samsung.

    I got a lemon. On Day1, the washer isn't heating and took me 4 hrs to dry 1 load. Technician came and told me the heating part isn't working. 1 month later I still can't use it and have to wait for 2 weeks to get a new one.

    It didnt work. It was professionally connected. The gas line was checked. But the dryer wouldn't get hot. So its being returned.

    Garbage!!!!! Had to buy the gas dryer from Best Buy because nobody else carries in stock gas dryers. Completely garbage! Got the matching washer from Lowe’s, also garbage! I do not recommend this set at all!

    I have had the machine for only a month and it no longer turns on or works, it is somewhat disappointing

    Not happy took away my washer dryer last week still haven’t gotten this to work been out 2x have to wait another week to replace

    The clothes are coming out damp even with the max dry setting. I'm having to run the dryer twice

    Dryer completely failed in month 7. Manufacturer warranty not supported by Best Buy technicians.

    The dryer overall works well, however the lint catcher does not clean well at all. The lint continues to collect and stick to the plastic outer rim. It is extremely hard to remove and makes me nervous because no matter what I’ve tried it is not completely clean. Not having a completely clean lint catcher worries be for potential hazard with the machine. Does anyone have this problem or can shed light on a solution?

    Did not realize how the Smart Dryer and Washer would make the best use of my time. So far all is great. Wonderful quality. Wonderful look.

    Doesn't get hot. Support is a joke

    Nice Colors, beautiful appliance. BUT Totally useless. From day 1 it takes 3 hours to dry a load. I called GE support, Technician showed up. He said I shouldn't use the "Auto" drying cycles but the timed dry only. I show him that the dryer gets warm. He runs it for 10 minutes and got somehow hot but definitely not hot. He still refuses to go further. I have a second whirlpool dryer installed. I showed him how a hot dryer looks like. He connects a Computer and then he said the sees some strange temperatures but he can't do anything because there's no error code(???). Then he said he has no time to take it apart cause this would take 2 hours. and he left... Just like that.
