crappy dryer

And, since it was covered under the manufacturers warranty I had to wait for them to come and see what the problem was. They were scheduled to come out on a certain date and they canceled and reschedule for 2 weeks later. They still couldn't fix it and now I have to wait 2 more weeks for parts.

Great dryer

Customer service hangs up and offers no meaningful resolution to problems.

Dryer

I only ordered a dryer and 2 pedestals. Dryer order was delayed then changed. I’m on the 3rd dryer and second set of pedestals. I have 6 hours of time on the phone with customer service plus 4 trips to the store.

Worst Dryer ever
