OK, but didn't quite get the job done

I would definitely like to have a nice, rather simple multi-device universal remote control like this, but there are a few things that I use all the time that apparently will NEVER show up on a "normal" remote control. So, for the need of two or three extra functions that a learning remote could easily provide, this just didn't get the job done for me. Otherwise, it was OK.
