    Starting my smart home slow they are not the easiest to use but it can be done I bought them because of the GE name but I like them.

    Pretty decent deal from bestbuy and good quality. Works well for the foyer, my study and the basement. For sure will buy them again.

    I love the fact they are cheaper to use than regular bulbs, And if I forget to leave a light on I can turn it on with my phone

    Amazing lights. You dont need any hub for them to work. You can manage them with an app from your phone.

    Great idea for a smart home. I don't have to be home to control these bulbs. I can use the ge app or google home when I'm away.

    Bought these for my mom. They disconnect from the Wi Fi often and reestablishing their connection is sometimes overly difficult

    Excellent quality light bulbs from GE. Wish it could do other colors but oh well. Sufficient for my needs.

    Bright soft white lights

    App is great and you can add schedule. Lights are soft white, i used these as my hanging lights on my kitchen island.

    These wear returned because they were in the wrong spot. Purchased some of the color ones and these were on the shelf in the middle of the stack I grabbed. I’m sure they were fine but the colors are more fun IMO

    More trouble than they are worth

    These work great unless a bulb goes out and you have to replace it with a different bulb. At that point they don’t always want to sync up when you ask for one room to be turned off.

If a bulb has gone out and needs to be replaced we simply advise deleting the bulb from the app and commissioning a new one within the same 'Group' or 'Room' as the device prior. In the event you notice an issue connecting the new bulb we would strongly advise reaching out to a technician whom can assist as this is not expected behavior.
