    Great lights, don't disconnect as often as other brands... A little to warm of a color for me but I got used to it

    Works great had a small issue pairing just one called customer service and they helped to get it paired

    If poeer goes out it will not work when power is restored. You can sometimes get it back to working through app but most of the time no.

    Great update for the apartment! Works well with Google, and now our porch light turns on and off automatically.

    Good Affordable Smart bulbs that work with Google Home. Hopefully works with Homekit soon too.

    These come in very handy on our outdoor porch lights. Love being able to turn them on when we aren't home.

    I got these bulbs while they were at sale in best buy. Cannot argue, as these were the best bulbs at a bargain price.

    A royal pain to set up, which would be tolerable, but they never stay connected. Resetting them is the most annoying waste of time - on off on off - 8 times with 5 second delays, only to get something that works again for - maybe - a week. Look up the horror stories about these on line first. I wish I did. Bought them a while ago, trashed them (literally) a short while ago. Just not worth the aggravation.

    Bought these for my mom. They disconnect from the Wi Fi often and reestablishing their connection is sometimes overly difficult

    Horrible product Work with Google home mini for a day and now they are not working correctly. Does not turn all the light off most of the time and sometimes they do not turn off or on at all. Even if you check the Google home app and it is showing the lights off. I have sent hours with Google support chat and troubleshooting and they still don't work right. I would say it's like a 50/50 shot for it to work. Which is horrible Do not buy

      We regret any issues you experienced with connectivity to our bulbs. A few things that might help are to power off the speaker or device that you are using to control your bulbs. If you are on an android device try clearing the app cache in settings followed by a restart.     More trouble than they are worth

    These work great unless a bulb goes out and you have to replace it with a different bulb. At that point they don’t always want to sync up when you ask for one room to be turned off.

If a bulb has gone out and needs to be replaced we simply advise deleting the bulb from the app and commissioning a new one within the same 'Group' or 'Room' as the device prior.
