    Never stays connected to the network. If you power them off, Google Assistant can no longer see them. Factory resetting them takes forever and doesn’t guarantee that they’ll work when reconnected.

      Your Bulbs not staying connected to your network and Google Home is frustrating. In order for the lights to be able to be controlled by Google Home they would need a constant flow of power to them.     Works fine with Google Home stuff, not with Homekit at all.

    We often had problems with Alexa “seeing” these bulbs. When it worked they were great. But we got fed up with how often Alexa didn’t see this product. Seemed like at least once a day we were ready-entering the info. We switched to Phillips bulbs and so far no more problems.

    I would give these 0 stars if I could. They would disconnect from my Google Home everyday and only a router reset would fix it (sometimes). Very frustruating.;

    Really tried to like these lightbulbs but could not get them to work. I am a big fan of these lightbulbs but for the life of me cannot get them to turn on. Tried a different brand and they were perfect so that my power to say.

    PURE TRASH. WORKED ABOUT A WEEK THEN THEY DISAPPEARED FROM THE APP. UNISTALLED THE APP. REINSTALLED THE APP. WILL NOT CONNECT. COULD NOT SET UP IN GOOGLE HOME. DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS PRODUCT!!!!!

    have trouble with bulbs staying connect called company their a joke you have to go through so many thing then fill out out a form. He told me they rarely replace, wont buy again

    Avoid these bulbs like the plague. Nothing but problems with them. Always disconnecting. GE servers going down and bulbs stop working. DONT BUY

    I give this junk zero stars if I could. I stupidly bought 2 packages of these bulbs. I completed the setup and they functioned for a few days. Over the last several months, every few days they require a login on the app, along with a verification code. My Wi-Fi system strong, allowing me to use many other devices with no problems. Tonight, I attempted to turn-off a light using the app and the entire setup disappeared, asking me to start from scratch in setting up all the lights. I'm not going to do that. Instead, I'm removing all of the bulbs. I'll find another product that actually works.

    I have not been able to successfully connect via wifi to the first two bulbs in the pack despite resetting the bulbs. Had I been smart enough to keep the packaging I would have returned them
