    Won’t keep connection

    Light continuously disconnect from Wi-Fi.... I have three routers throughout my small house so I know I have a good connection ...the light Will be on for maybe three hours and when I tell Alexa to turn off lights .... all it keeps saying is cannot find connection I reset the lightbulb as instructed and it works for the first few Times and then nothing

    I am very disappointed in this product. I thought with it being GE that is would perform better. It loses connection with the WiFi and the WiFi is well with in reach. It is really hit and miss with Alexa voice commands. I am returning them for a Phillips Hue.

    Direct connect lights are hard to use. So if you use them be prepared to a hard hook up.

    Absolutely awful setup process. The app found the bulb the first time and then failed to finish the setup process. Tried multiple times after that and did some troubleshooting but the app will not find the bulb again. If it’s this difficult to get it set up, I have no interest in it.

    Would not connect at all, after two hours of trying i gave up and returned them. Got the TP Link brand and they connected right away with no problems

    These bulbs are highly deceptive. I have 2 Alexa devices and while it states it works with them, you actually have to purchase additional items and it can also impact how your alexa works. Not happy and once I had time to try them, I was past the return date. Most expensive, yet useless bulbs.

    I wouldn't recommend these bulbs to anyone. After hooking them up to Alexa they worked at 1st then they constantly come unhook with Alexa so I find myself constantly keep adding them to the Alexa app. I just use them as regular LED bulbs. ***Save your money***
