    Quick and easy. I just plugged it in and connected it to my wifi and app for use. Took less than a minute after deciding what my first item was to be plugged into it. I’ve ordered more for the house.

    I have several of these now. Once setup and paired with Alexa, they work well. I enjoy the convenience of controlling lights with my voice. However, these are extremely challenging to set up. I typically cannot do it without contacting their support line. Occasionally, Alexa will respond to a request with " That device is not responding", but then the light responds anyway.

    I bought this because I already had one and wanted to use the same app for this one. The one I already had worked fine with no issues. Now occasionally my Google Home says it can’t connect with the plug which makes it a little annoying when it’s connected to lights. Overall I haven’t had the issue more than a time or two and am still overall very satisfied with the product.
