    I have several of these now. Once setup and paired with Alexa, they work well. I enjoy the convenience of controlling lights with my voice. However, these are extremely challenging to set up. I typically cannot do it without contacting their support line. Occasionally, Alexa will respond to a request with " That device is not responding", but then the light responds anyway.

    I bought this because I already had one and wanted to use the same app for this one. The one I already had worked fine with no issues. Now occasionally my Google Home says it can’t connect with the plug which makes it a little annoying when it’s connected to lights. Overall I haven’t had the issue more than a time or two and am still overall very satisfied with the product.

    Easily connects to wifi...evwn reconnects if unplugged. Using to manage hutch and display case lights. Easy to manage while away from home using the Google Home app.

    I use this GE Smart plug to control my sprinkler system. Along with Alexa I can now use my voice and save a trip down to the basement to shut my old-school sprinkler system off when rain is predicted or when it is actively raining. This smart plug is very responsive and has successfully converted my dumb sprinkler system to a smart system.
