    It worked nicely to turn the light on and off when out of the house. You do need to keep the light turned on to use it which is annoying.

    Bought it to use as a timer for the Christmas tree lights. Easy to set up through the app. Haven’t set up with Alexa yet but probably will after the tree is down.

You can sync Alexa with your account by tapping the "More" Icon in the Amazon Alexa app, then go to "Skills and Games." Search for C by GE under "Your Skills" and enable. Then you can control your lights with voice control or when you are away from home!

    Set this up to use with my Christmas tree. I added it to my Google account and just told Google to turn the tree on and off. It was very easy to setup and use.

    Very nice. I used this on a light without a switch. Just plugged this in and set it up on my Alexa. Now I just say "Alexa" tune on my night light. So nice.

    Solid build, but the item is bulky. Dual outlets this thing covered a little over half of the area. So whatever outlet left over you’re limited to an additional plug to the non smart outlet side. Had trouble connecting initially but thereafter works like a charm. The app was pretty straightforward and having it discovered with Alexa was simple. Would recommend.

    App & setup worked well, however it's missing an auto-off feature. You can set a schedule, but not a timer (i.e. automatically turn off device 30min after you turn it on). This is a pretty important feature of a smart switch for me.
